Membership Rules for Langford Heli Club

1. All members to have current BMFA insurance.

2. All members to be familiar with current edition of the BMFA handbook.

3. All members must adhere to the "no fly zones"as indicated on the site plan located in the clubhouse. ie no over flying of car parking area or the pits area.

4. All members are responsible for site safety.

5. If you decide to fly on your own at the site, we strongly recommend that you carry a mobile phone so that you can call for assistance in case of emergency.

6. It is the reponsibility of each member to check their model before each flight ie rotorblades, linkages, battery condition etc.

7. Guest flyers will be welcome no more than 4 times per year and only with proof of BMFA insurance. No insurance......No Flight.

8. Any club member or member of Langford staff may ask any other club member for proof of insurance.

9. No member will permit access to anyone other than themselves or allow any vehicle to follow them on to the site. The exception to this rule is the admission of a guest and subject to rule no. 7.

10. Any change of vehicle, telephone number or postal address must be communicated to the club secretary who will in turn inform Langford Lodge Engineering of the change.

11. Club membership is from 1st January to 31st December.

12. Club fees are due before 31st December each year.
